What is TINN?

The Irish Nail Network was created to support the nail techs, educators and self-employed artists doing it all themselves. What started as a few nail techs chatting online, has grown into something bigger: a network built on education, connection, and raising the standards of our industry in Ireland.

We’re not here to compete, we’re here to lift each other up and show that being a nail tech is a serious, respected career.

Our Mission

To raise the standard of the Irish nail industry by supporting the professionals who make it what it is.

We’re building a stronger, smarter, more connected community — and making sure every tech knows they’re not in this alone.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Danielle Murphy, also known as Nails by Nelly. I'm a nail technician and the founder of the Irish Nail Network. My original intention was to create a small group chat for nail techs to share advice and vent about client experiences, but it evolved into something much larger.

Working from home in North Dublin, I faced challenges like pricing properly, managing burnout, and navigating my career. Through conversations with fellow techs, I recognized a common struggle: immense talent with insufficient support.

The Irish Nail Network emerged as a response to the isolation and confusion many self-employed technicians face in our industry. What started as a personal necessity has grown into a community for every technician seeking connection and support. If you've ever felt alone in your journey, know that this space is now yours too.
