How ChloCosmetics Is Raising Funds (and Hope) for Archie 💚

At The Irish Nail Network, we often spotlight incredible artistry and talent but today, we’re shining a light on something even deeper: the heart and humanity behind one of our own.

Chloe from ChloCosmetics is currently running a nailathon fundraiser for a little boy named Archie and we want to help tell his story.

Archie is just 8 years old, and he’s living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy — a rare, progressive muscle-wasting disease. Despite everything he’s going through, Archie is known for being a little firecracker — full of personality, lighting up every room he enters. He’s finding it harder to stand, but he takes it all in his stride, never letting it dull his spirit.

There is hope — but it comes with a staggering price tag. A gene therapy exists that could change Archie’s life, but the cost is €3.9 million. So far, over €620,000 has already been raised — an amazing milestone thanks to the incredible efforts of his family, friends, and community. But there's still a long way to go.

Archie’s parents are doing everything they can, not only to raise funds, but to raise awareness about the lack of support and the shocking standard of care in Ireland for children with this disease. Their fight is bigger than one family, it’s a call for change.

That’s where Chloe stepped in, using her skill and platform to create something beautiful and impactful. She’s dedicating her time and energy to raise funds through a nailathon, proving once again how powerful this industry can be when it comes together for something bigger than itself.
