TINN Awards 2025

The Irish Nail Network Awards were created to celebrate the real heart of our industry. The talent, passion, and hard work that often goes unnoticed. These awards shine a light on the techs, salons, educators, and creatives who are raising the standard, pushing boundaries, and supporting their community along the way. Nominations are completely free, because recognition should never come with a price tag. Whether you're just starting out or years into your career, if you’re making an impact, we want to celebrate you.

Nominations open from Wednesday 23rd of July and close August 24th

How It Works

Nominating someone (or yourself!) is simple and free.

  1. Submit Your Nomination
    Fill out our online form with the nominee’s name, category, and a short explanation of why they deserve to be recognised. Nominations Close on August 24rd at 12pm. 

  2. Shortlisting
    We will Review every nomination carefully. Finalists will be chosen based on merit, not popularity — we’re looking for passion, skill, and impact. Sponsored awards will be chosen by the Brand. 

  3. Finalists Announced
    Shortlisted nominees will be announced in September. Some categories may involve public voting, while others will be judged by the Sponsored brands. Voting closes on October 1st at 12pm. 

  4. Winners Revealed at the Event
    All winners will be announced live at The Irish Nail Network Conference 2025 in Portlaoise on November 2nd. It’s going to be a night to remember

Rules & Guidelines

  • Nominations are free and open to everyone in the Irish nail industry.

  • You can nominate yourself or someone else.

  • Please only nominate once per category.

  • All nominations must include a valid reason — vague or empty entries will not be considered.

  • Finalists are selected based on their work, consistency, and community impact — not just social media following.

  • Winners will be announced live at the event on November 2nd.
